A qualifying team order is defined as 8 or more complete uniforms (at least tops & bottoms).

ALL TEAM ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM, NON-REFUNDABLE, DOWN-PAYMENT OF FIFTY PERCENT OF THE ESTIMATED COST OF THE ORDER. ALL AMOUNTS DUE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY COMPLETED UNIFORMS MAY BE TAKEN FROM THE FACILITY OR SHIPPED.

WITH ALL TEAM ORDERS, WE REQUIRE THAT THE COACH/COORDINATOR SELECT THE SIZES THAT HE/SHE THINKS WILL FIT BEST. ONCE THESE ARRIVE, WE WILL HAVE THE COACH/COORDINATOR TAKE SAMPLE SIZES TO A PRACTICE OR MEETING AND HAVE THE PLAYERS TRY THEM ON TO CONFIRM IF THE UNIFORMS FIT. IN THE EVENT A DIFFERENT SIZE NEEDS TO BE ORDERED FOR ONE OR MORE PLAYERS, THE COACH/COORDINATOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THE MANUFACTURER, SHIP THE REPLACEMENT ITEM BACK TO US, AND ANY RESTOCKING FEES (IF APPLICABLE).

THE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME ON UNIFORMS IS 2 WEEKS OR LESS. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WITH OUR ANY PRICE MATCH PROMOTION, PROCESSING TIME MAY BE AS LONG AS 3 TO 4 WEEKS.

PRICE MATCH OFFERS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXACT SAME UNIFORM, THE EXACT SAME DECORATION, AND THE SAME PROCESSING TIME. SCREEN PRINTING NORMALLY IS NOT A FORM OF DECORATION THAT WE PRICE MATCH.

Any PRICE MATCH offers do NOT apply to screen printing, but do apply to traditional decoration options such as monogramming, transfers, one-color film, tackle twill, and appliques.
Any PRICE MATCH offer must be initiated at the Point when the sale is made, and must be documented in written from (on paper with the competitors letterhead OR via email from the competitor). We reserve the option to refuse the order is the competitor's price is below our actual cost.

Qualifying Team orders (8 complete uniform sets or more) receive 20 percent OFF the LIST PRICE for High 5 items, and there is no S&H.
